The Rhonda Livingstone "Dream Big" Memorial Scholarship was established in 2019 in memory of a long-time IAFE member, Rhonda Livingstone. Since 2002, Rhonda has served as manager of the Bonner County Fair in Idaho and graduated from the IAFE Institute of Fair Management. Rhonda's "Dream Big" attitude catapulted the Bonner County Fairgrounds to International status. The scholarship can be used to pay registration fees associated with IAFE events, including the Institute of Fair Management and travel costs related to IAFE events.
